Unless otherwise specified, Board of Directors meetings are held at the offices of Heywood Realty. All residents are not only welcome but are encouraged to attend.
The annual homeowners meeting is usually scheduled for the first week of October, and we will notify you shortly.
If you have any issues requiring the Board's attention please send us an e-mail and we will add you to the next meeting agenda.
Remember, if you ever have a question be sure to e-mail us at board@marlboroughmesavillas.com. We will respond as fast as we can. If you have a more immediate issue though, call our management company, Heywood Realty. They can answer questions and help with emergencies like broken sprinklers turned into fountains and such.
