In order to keep our community and our homes and families safe, it is important that every one of us keep our
eyes open for crime.
If you ever see anyone damaging our property, or you witness a suspicious act, please contact the City of Mesa
Police department at (480) 644-2211.
By knowing our neighbors and being aware of our surroundings we can all help keep our community Crime Free
Remember, if you witness a crime, never try to stop it yourself, let the professionals do it!

| Is Block Watch The Answer? |
| In the past year we have had
a few problems in our community that cause us to take a hard look
at our security. Vandalism and car theft are only a couple of the
problems that remind us that any of us can be vulnerable to the dangers
of our world. It is important to know who your neighbors are and who
the strangers are. Please send your thoughts about a Block Watch program
or any other ideas to help protect our community to your Board
of Directors. Or come to the next scheduled meeting of the Board
and let your ideas be heard.
Together we are stronger.

| Parking Problems |
|
Once again parking is becoming an issue here at Marlborough Mesa Villas. Our community only has 25 visitor parking
spaces to to share between 112 homes, so we can run out very quickly indeed. Please remember that if you live here at
Marlborough Mesa Villas then you are not permitted to park in our visitor parking spaces. You need to be parking in
your garage or on either Extension Rd. to the east or Beverly Dr. to the west.
The Board of Directors and your neighbors thank you for your cooperation. If you are interested in specifics, the
rules for parking are detailed in our Governing Documents, in the Rules and
Regulations. Section 14 is devoted to parking issues.

| Dumpster Dumping |
Trash too big or bulky to get into
the dumpster? The City of Mesa has a Bulk
Trash pick-up available. Click on the link for all the details,
and help keep our community neat and tidy.

| Community Garage Sale |
Well, our last community garage sale was OK, but the rain kept most people away.
What do you think about trying again before summer? Please e-mail your opinion to the
Board of Directors and let us know, or come to the next scheduled meeting of the Board.

| You've heard the question a thousand times;
"What do you want to eat?" Well, we are attempting to help you answer
that question.
If you know of a restaurant that you enjoy,
then please share it with us. Send us the name of the restaurant,
its address, and briefly tell us why you like it. We will include
it on our new page, Dining Out. Just

and your favorite places will begin appearing right here on your

| The Board is collecting information
on local businesses to share with our fellow residents. If you have
done business with a company you would recommend to a friend, then
recommend them to us by
e-mailing their information to us.
You can also print this letter
and ask the manager or owner to fill it out and send it to us. We
will include them on your web site so we can all do business with
